Return & Refund Policy

Digital products (ebooks)

Because ebooks are delivered digitally, all sales are final once the download link has been sent. If you did not receive your download link, or the file is defective or corrupted, contact us within 14 days at contact@newpod9.com and we will resend the file or issue a full refund.

Printed books (paperback)

Paperbacks are printed on demand, individually for each order. We accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@newpod9.com with your order reference and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.

Because each paperback is made to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind on non-defective printed items.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
